Our houses in skeleton construction, prefabricated in accordance with strict technology process and use of materials of only good and proven quality, are characterized by :

individual architectonic solutions, because we do not impose any fixed projects and we let you set limits in this account,
extraordinary energy - economical features guaranteed by outer walls’ warm-pervious factor U = 0,16 Wm2/k,
very short construction cycle that is independent of the season of the year and is incomparable with any other construction method. And all of this is owed to the prefabrication of the building's elements (walls, ceilings, roof-trusses) on the production plant,
high fire-proof features, guaranteed by the use of 4-side planed construction wood with phased edges,
possibilities of settlement on plots of untypical localization, because thanks to minor construction weight of a building it can be situated where others cannot,
extraordinary and friendly climate of the interior owed to the wood and natural materials,
esthetics and many possibilities of elevation covering.

For the prefabrication we use certified construction-wood, kiln-dried to the humidity of 15% (+/- 3%). 4-side planed, and the other materials only of good and proven quality.

For example, our offer of a prefabricated house in a raw state includes :

Outer walls: made of dry, pine, impregnated wood of section 160mm x 60mm.

Configuration from outside to inside:

thin-coat, acrylic render, white or bright from WEBER,
polystyrene 80mm thick fastened with glue and screws,
OSB-board 12mm thick,
Mineral wool 150mm thick,
Steam-insulating foil,
OSB board 12mm,
Plaster-cardboard 12,5 mm thick (without luting).

Inner walls: made of dry, pine, impregnated, planed wood of the section 100mm x 100mm, 100mm x 60mm

Description of the section:

Plaster-cardboard 12,5 mm thick (without luting),
OSB-board 12mm,
Mineral wool 100mm,
OSB-board 12mm,
Plaster-cardboard 12,5 mm thick (without luting).

Ceiling (floor): made of dry, pine, impregnated, planed wood of the section 220mm x 80mm, 220mm x 60mm

Description of the section:

OSB-board 22mm,
Mineral wool 100mm,
Steam-insulating foil,
Battens under the plaster-cardboard 50mm x 20mm,
Plaster-cardboard 12,5 mm thick (without luting).

Roof: made of dry, pine, impregnated, planed wood of the section 200mm x 80mm, 200mm x 60mm

Configuration from top to bottom:

roof battens 60mm x 40mm,
counter battens 50mm x 24mm,
steam-permeable foil,
mineral wool 200mm thick,
steam-insulating foil,
battens to mount the cardboard of the section 50mm x 24mm,
plaster-cardboard 12,5mm (without luting).

Additional materials and the assembly:

roof covered with cement tile "EURONIT", basic colour,
"Titan-zinc" gutter,
PCV windows, K - 1,1, product SCHUCO AS 60,
PCV front door, SCHUCO, GU ferrule,
Inner windowsills, conglomerate 30mm thick,
Outer windowsills, PCV, foamed.
